ACCOUNTANT: Position in Northern VA with real estate investment company, must be able to identify and keep records of the company owned or leased building and other property, record description value location other pertinent information of each property; prepare statements; reflecting monthly appreciated and depreciated values; prepare financial information regarding assets, liabilities and capital balance sheet; profit and loss statements; compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns; complete monthly reconciliations of the accounting systems data to the general ledger; prepare schedules for amortization of buildings, prepare employee payrolls.
